When do you setup - We set up your marquee 24 to 48 hours before your event depending on how busy we are and when you place your reservation.

Do you require a deposit - Yes, we require a 20% deposit to secure your orders and the remaining balance 3 days before your event.

Do I get a refund if I cancel - No refund is given once your order is placed.

Are they marquees completely closed off - No, we can open and close any sides you want.

When do you collect the marquee after setup - We pickup a day after your event subject to our customer's convenience.
